(Paid) On the Job Evaluations
An introduction to remote trends in the workforce through real-time simulations. Participants are paid to engage in this workforce readiness program.
On-the-Job Evaluation is a tool used to assess a customer’s capabilities, or
potential to acquire skills, knowledge, or experience in employment activities
towards support of a potential IPE employment goal. Our program includes paid transitional real-time work tasks and/or simulations. The On-the Job Evaluation program is the perfect transition before Job Placement Assistance to prepare the customer for a successful engagement and increase the likelihood of placement in a timely manner.
The On-Job-Evaluation (OJE) process serves three purposes:
- Provides the customer with an opportunity to further develop andimplement professional skills used in the workplace.
- Gives CSTC a chance to assess skills in preparation for competitiveemployment in the community or remotely by evaluating interpersonal and customer service skills against what is needed to be successful.
- Assesses qualities such as reliability, ethics, and integrity, as well asother traits important to potential employers.
