About Us

Customer Service Training Center

Customer Service Training Center (CSTC) is a trusted partner of Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS), working collaboratively to support individuals with disabilities in achieving meaningful employment outcomes.

Through our partnership with MRS, CSTC serves participants who are referred from a wide network of organizations, including the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Social Security Administration (SSA), and other community-based and workforce programs. As these individuals are connected to MRS for vocational services, CSTC is positioned to provide specialized training and job placement support as an approved vendor.

This structure allows CSTC to indirectly collaborate with multiple agencies while maintaining a strong, centralized partnership with MRS—ensuring coordinated, streamlined services that align with state workforce goals and participant needs.

For eligible individuals, services are funded through state and local agencies. We also assist with the referral process, making it easy to access the support needed to begin training and employment services.

Compliant & Industry-Aligned Training

Our training programs are fully aligned with the State of Michigan’s workforce development initiatives, supporting the employment and re-employment of individuals with disabilities within their communities.

We adhere to the standards and recommendations of Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS), ensuring our curriculum reflects industry-recognized practices and prepares participants for real-world workforce expectations.

In addition, our programs are designed to support and document Measurable Skills Gained (MSG), demonstrating participant progress through skill development, competency attainment, and completion of training milestones. This ensures accountability, measurable outcomes, and alignment with state and federal workforce performance indicators.
